Q What does turn-around time mean and why is there a delay?
A Turn-around refers to the time between the order being placed and the time it is shipped out. The turn-around time begins the next business day "after" the order is placed, includes only business days and does not include shipping time.

All products are made to order to ensure maximum freshness and long lasting scent. Due to this we do experience some delays during "peak sales" times, especially during holidays, i.e. Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.

Q What methods of payment do you accept? Also, what if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?
A We accept both MasterCard and Visa. We also accept money orders, checks and paypal. For those who do not feel comfortable entering their information on the internet, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.


Q I see a product I want, but not in the scent I was hoping for, can I order it anyway?
A If there is something you don't see, contact us, we may be able to fill your request. MomandChristina@aol.com

Q What is your refund policy?
A There is a 15% restock fee on all returned merchandise. You must notify the company by email within 15 days of receipt of products to be eligible for a return. In your email please include the order number, your full name, mailing address and phone number. Return shipping is your responsiblity - when the products are received by us - we will check the contents to make sure they were not damaged in transit. We will then give you a store credit or mail you a refund check, whichever you prefer. We do not refund shipping charges. Should the merchandise be shipped by us in error - WE will pay for the return shipping and ship out the correct products as soon as possible. If the products arrived damaged to YOU, please contact us immediately as we insure every package we ship out at OUR expense. We will then give you instructions as to how to proceed and will replace any damaged items.
